Healthcare workers agree: employers aren’t doing enough
Healthcare workers’ mental, financial and physical well-being has worsened in the last year. Worse yet, significantly fewer healthcare employees feel their pay is linked to their performance (compared to all employees), and repeatedly indicate they do not feel valued at their organization – a top reason they would leave their job.

AI technologies will result in increased quality of life and longevity

Successful treatment does not mean happy patients
Recent years further prove the importance of provider interactions on overall patient experience. Even when treatments are successful, patient satisfaction and trust is low. Hospitals are combating patient complaints with initiatives focused on training providers to engage with patients in difficult situations, among other things. But can an unsatisfied provider provide satisfactory care?
