What do you enjoy most about working with ProCARE?

I appreciate the freedom and trust from the ProCARE leadership team. It allows me to do my job and duties without the stress of being questioned. I feel empowered to do my best and try out new ideas.

What would you say is the biggest change you’ve seen in ProCARE since its inception?

We have a physical office in India now!

I think having the new office is a big change and it shows that we are growing, developing, and getting even better. With the new space, we are able to work on recruiting more people and bringing in more support for our projects and clients.

How would you describe the key differences of ProCARE’s development process and team from other tech/software companies?

The biggest difference between our development process and the team is constant communication. We have frequent weekly meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and also celebrate “wins” (big or small).

We work closely with each other and try to keep everyone apprised of projects, client needs, etc. This also allows us to understand more of the big picture, instead of each person only seeing the small window of what he/she is working on.

What do you anticipate the opening of the new India office will empower ProCARE to do for its clients?

I know we have all gotten used to working remotely and working from home, but there is a stronger sense of team when we are together in person. The new office space allows the team to work together in real-time and increase efficiency when dealing with challenges. This will allow us to develop solutions quicker and more effectively for our client’s needs. It is so much easier to communicate with each other when we are all together in the same space.

What does your morning routine look like?

My mornings are very busy even before I get into the office. I prefer to do some stress exercises and spiritual activities before leaving for the office.

When you are not working, how do you spend your free time?

I like to spend my leisure time with my family and friends. In the morning I am playing cricket, football, flying-dish, carrom board, and air hockey with my son and daughter. In the evening we hang out, go shopping and/or watch movies.

How would you describe the ProCARE work culture and the CARE Culture?

The CARE Culture is about taking care of ourselves and looking out for each other. Work and business are very important, but so are each and every one of us who work at ProCARE. We understand the importance of balancing work with families and personal lives.

The CARE Culture reminds us that at the end of the day, we are all human beings and have other things going on outside of work. It is a delicate balance between work and everything else, so we try to be as flexible and supportive as possible while maintaining work expectations and standards.
