We’re back from AAPCP ’26 in Nashville, and this year, we brought a little something extra.

If you stopped by our booth, thank you! It was one for the books. We had incredible conversations, connected with comp leaders from across the country, and, if we’re being honest, had a lot of fun doing it. Here’s a look at how it all went down.

Meet the Hero Card

This year, we wanted to do something that went beyond the standard booth swag. So we created custom character cards. Think Dungeons & Dragons meets provider compensation for every single attendee at the conference. Nearly 300 of them.

Each card was uniquely generated based on the attendee’s name and organization and assigned a custom Alias, Character Type, Mastery, Weapon, Special Move, and Passive Trait, all tied back to the world of provider compensation and healthcare.

Connections That Go Beyond the Booth

We’ve always believed that the best conversations at AAPCP happen outside the session rooms, and this year was no exception. We sponsored meals and kept the Starbucks flowing so that conversations didn’t have to stop when the sessions did.

And when the conference wrapped for the day, we took it to downtown Nashville, breaking bread and building relationships with some of the brightest minds in provider compensation. Because at the end of the day, comp is a people business. And we’re in it for the people.

Each day of the conference, Khush was on the floor capturing his real-time insights in a LinkedIn video series called Khush’s Keynotes. These daily recaps covered the themes, trends, and moments that stood out most from AAPCP ’26.
