We are proud to kick off the ProCARE Summer Internship Program for 2025, welcoming two new interns who are joining us in our mission to build more compassionate, collaborative, and human-centered healthcare systems.

At ProCARE, we believe that sustainable change in healthcare starts with people. Our internship program is built to equip emerging professionals with the tools, context, and experiences they need to contribute meaningfully to the industry—while amplifying the power of CARE Culture.

What the Internship Program Offers

Throughout the summer, our interns will participate in a variety of projects and initiatives aligned with ProCARE’s mission:

Exploring the Healthcare Industry from All Angles
Interns will gain a high-level understanding of the healthcare landscape—from startups and healthtech innovation to marketing, professional services, and cybersecurity. This multifaceted experience allows for a holistic view of how systems and people connect across the healthcare space.

Conducting User and Provider Research
Our interns will help create research tools, conduct interviews, and gather insights from providers, users, and customers. These hands-on research experiences support our ongoing work to understand the current state of healthcare and identify new opportunities to improve outcomes.

Deepening Awareness of CARE Culture
By studying the principles behind CARE Culture, interns will explore how empathy, communication, and collaboration can influence the way healthcare is delivered—and how culture can drive organizational transformation.

Developing Effective Communication Strategies
From collecting and synthesizing data to crafting narratives that highlight the CARE Culture’s value, our interns will work on projects that strengthen their communication and storytelling skills, all within a healthcare context.

Meet the ProCARE Interns

Sayali
Arizona State University, Master’s in Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering

Sayali joins us from ASU’s Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering program with a passion for using data to drive meaningful change in healthcare. Drawn to ProCARE’s collaborative culture and mission, she’s excited to gain hands-on experience working with ETL tools, data ingestion pipelines, and high-impact analytics projects. Beyond technical growth, Sayali is eager to improve her communication and problem-solving skills in client-facing settings and team environments.

“I’m excited to see how CARE values are embedded in day-to-day work,” she shares. “It’s inspiring to be part of a team where empathy and collaboration influence not just outcomes, but how people work together.”

Sayali’s long-term goal is to grow into a well-rounded data professional capable of delivering solutions in the high-impact healthcare space. When she’s not coding or analyzing data, you’ll likely find her hiking – “definitely a mountain girl at heart!” Her personal motto? “It’s not over until I am done!” A perfect fit for the spirit of ProCARE.

By joining ProCARE this summer, our 2025 interns are stepping into an environment built on collaboration, curiosity, and care. We are thrilled to welcome them and look forward to the contributions they’ll make during their time with us.
